California Zephyr 5 hours late departing Emeryville, CA 3/17/2017

Looks like the Zephyr departed Emeryville five hours late today 3/17/2017.  Does anyone know why?  CZ 5 arrived basically on time 3/16/2017 at 4:01 PM according to Amtrak.com so late arrival of the "turn around train" would not be the problem.

There was a post on another site that the westbound #5 derailed in the Oakland coach yard as it arrived the previous afternoon. Have no further details, but it would explain the late #6 today.

Yes, the baggage car went on the ground in the yard- both trucks. FRA rules require all wheels to be replaced. At some point they must have thrown in the towel- I saw them go by the house yesterday.

No baggage car.
