Passenger Trains > "Calling IT, Calling IT..."

I got this from a friend who is going to be traveling on an Amtrak long distance train:

"We have an Amtrak trip next week. Amtrak's fancy system--mimicking the airlines, of
course--sent a reminder email this morning about the upcoming trip. In the email is
a live link that says "View Reservation."

"When I click on it, this is the page that opens up:

Bad Request - Invalid URL
HTTP Error 400. The request URL is invalid.

Should have said, "Service Disruption."

Gotta love technology!
