Passenger Trains > Las Vegas Press Club PVDate: 04/23/17 10:00 Las Vegas Press Club PV Author: Copy19 Back in the 60s the Las Vegas Press Club had an old passenger car they used occasionally to travel on the UP down to L.A. and back. Mostly it sat on the passenger car set out track just south of the depot. As I recall it was painted silver and was lettered in large type for the club. Unfortunately I became a member of the Las Vegas press core too late to partake of any of its adventures but they were described to me by Colin McKinley, my boss at the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
I would interested in learning more history of the car. JBOmaha Date: 04/23/17 12:55 Re: Las Vegas Press Club PV Author: mundo I recall it being a N&W HW Combo Coach. That's a start on info.
