NEC Troubles This Evening?

Report from VIP (Israel Minister of Transport) riding Acela Express this evening, WAS to NYP that there was malfunction and had to detrain, awaiting replacement. Anybody know what happened?

According to a report I saw, a walkway plate over one of the articulated joints was dislodged and ended up (somehow) inside the vestibule.
