Could someone share what the consists are now on the Coast Starlight with the train terminating/originating at Sacramento? Thanks in advance.

Dining Car

That's what I got, too, except that my source included a
Baggage...but eyes on the ground are always more than welcome.

The key here is NO PPC. Still, it could be an interesting coach or business coach ride. Will be interesting to see if Amtrak lowers the up charge for sleeer space.
