Amtrak #2 (19) - Service Disruption

Does anyone know why that Amtrak #2 the Eastbound Sunset Limited, is in Service Disruption?? It shows that it Arrived in Del Rio, TX 21 Mins late at 1:23am.

UP had a one car freight car derailment that dragged along damaging 2000 ties.

Train 2 passengers being bused to San Antonio.  Wonderful way to spend the night.

And the #22 passengers? I wonder how they decided which sleeper passengers would get a room, if there even were any empty on the #22 sleeper.
