Passenger Trains > 14 (24) Service Disruption/Accident

The Coast Starlight (14) is showing a service disruption. Transitdocs map shows it sitting just south of Guadalupe, but just north of a road crossing (W. Main St). Apparently a woman tried to beat the train.

11 is about an hour late leaving San Luis Opisbo, so has not yet reached this scene.

Metrolink 402 hit a trespasser between East Ontario and Pedley..so goes today commuter rush.

WHAT AN IDIOT! WAIT AT THE CROSSING!

And the photos in the newspaper story show the SUV resting by (against) #14's. PPC. Hope that car isn't put out of service also by this collision.
