Not exactly, his lawyer would be suing the railroad's entire bank of lawyers! No one likes a lawyer until they need one!

No one likes lawyers until they need one! America didn't invent lawyers, they go back at least 2000+ years. Some or most of our "wise" Founding Fathers were lawyers, maybe that's why our system is so screwed up now?
