Train 3 has a BNSF FREIGHT Loco Leading the train with only ONE Amtrak unit. This should mean DAYTIME Amtrak Train 3 West of Needles CA. From what I heard from a passenger on board that it too was crapping out leaving the train to only go 40 mph.
