Author: SCKP187 I have found there are several people that have interests in each piece of passenger equipment cars in trains over the years. I always take shots of each individual car in a passenger consist as it passes.
Here are shots of the George H. W. Bush funeral train equipment as it went south at Parsons KS Dec 2 2018 in the 21 car train in the order they were made up 1 Kenefick 2 Walter Dean 3 City of Denver Date: 12/04/18 08:27 Re: A Look at the Bush Funeral Train Equipment . . . Date: 12/04/18 09:46 Re: A Look at the Bush Funeral Train Equipment . . . Author: Sneebly Both power cars appeared to have 5 axles each so it appears that the number will be even, when going over a detector.

Author: Josta I'm kind of surprised they put the power car mid-train....it's got to be noisy for the passengers to have to walk through this car.

Date: 12/04/18 12:17 Re: A Look at the Bush Funeral Train Equipment . . . Author: bmarti7 As covered elsewhere on TO, this train is acually two trains coupled together. The Bush Funeral Train consist was built in CB and pulled backwards to Spring. The consist is the nearest the locos. The order per UP's media website:
https://www.up.com/cs/groups/public/@uprr/@newsinfo/documents/up_pdf_nativedocs/pdf_up_media_41_train_consist.pdf The power car 2066 will be first behind the 4141 and the Kenefick will carry the markers. Thanks, Nudge Date: 12/04/18 19:28 Re: A Look at the Bush Funeral Train Equipment . . . Author: EmpireBuilder Sunset and Stanford are based on the west coast. Plenty of equipment in Omaha and not enough time to get them there, prepped and cleaned, from Oakland if they were needed.
