As a concerned former Amtrak employee I wish to pass along this message: Any Amtrak employee or customer who has experienced unwanted physical abuse, of a sexual nature, recently or in the past, that was perpetrated by an Amtrak staff person, especially a supervisor, and who has thus far not been reasonably compensated by Amtrak, may wish to add their name to a list now being compiled for the purpose of a possible class action lawsuit against Amtrak (NRPC.) At this time send only your name and a method of contact either: US Mail, Email Address, or Phone Number. Your information may be shared with an attorney, but otherwise kept confidential. This doesn't belong here.  Just a blanket case of lawyers trying to search for victims, legitimate or not, rather than victims seeking out retribution.  This site is for railroad related information, not ambulance chasing attorneys and their spokespeople. 

This IS railroad related, one's thoughts about the legal profession nonwithstandiing.
