Passenger Trains > Hartford Line...........double tracking

What is the current configuration of The New Haven - Springfield Amtrak/CTrail line.  What parts are single and what parts are double track?

Double track runs (from New Haven north) New Haven to 'Wood' (in Elmwood section of West Hartford, CT)
Single track from 'Wood' to 'Midland' in Hartford's north end.
Double track from 'Midland' to 'Hayden' (just south of Windsor Locks, in Windsor)
North of 'Hayden', the line remains unchanged.
Single from 'Hayden' to 'Field' (Enfield)
Double from 'Field' to 'Springfield'.

Anymore double track coming, or are they out of budget ?

Current phases have been completed, money is DEpleted.
Equipment is in need, but not in the nearly non-existent budget...
