No Citywide Caltrain Tunnel for Palo Alto

The City Council dropped its plans last night. Apparently the estimated $4 billion cost is too rich for even Palo Altans' blood.

The City Council will continue to study a partial tunnel between the California Avenue station and the Mountain View city line approximately two miles south.
