Former Amtrak Electrics Head West

Report on a local group has ex-Amtrak AEM-7 #929 and another one in the Amtrak’s 16th Street Yard in Chicago. These are apparently the two motors that are heading to CalTrain for testing of the new catenary system.

Must be tucked away because I didn't see them from the bridge at 18th St. or from Canal St. But there are spots where I couldn't see.

Amtrak No. 5 of June 4 did not have the AEM7s in the consist.  There was a private car trailing the 10 Amtrak cars - the Puget Sound.
