Amtrak 22 stopped at Meridian, TX

Looks like Amtrak 22, northbound has been stopped at Meridian,TX for a very long time.
Probably for 1+ hour, maybe longer.
Hope that it's not a break down in this heat.
Anyone know what is going on?
For now the weather looks to  be OK in the area, big storms developing west of Fort Worth, and in the Fort Worth area.
