New Bag Dormers 69005 69006

Delivered today by CAF.
Interesttingly, one of the earlier new b/d's (69004) is said to be on the western Charger trial train this week (see posting a few lines below).
Is this the first new bag dorm to appear west of Chicago?

The bag-dorm could have been added at Albany-Renssalaer when the Lake Shore is put together.
