Frisco Private Car on Amtrak #6

I caught the eastbound California Zephyr that's due in Chicago later today as it passed Agency, Iowa.  The train had a Frisco private car on the end.

1) Amtrak #6(15) rounding the bend on the left track in Agency as it rains.

2) AMTK 144 and 38 leading the way.

3) 1948-built Cimarron River.

Nice looking car. Remember walking through a similar one on the National Ltd. It was headed to StL from Washington for Frisco’s Texas Special.
