The problem was one of the sleepers had a broken toilet that needed repair.  Why was'nt  it repaired before or was that car the only superliner sleeper available in Chicago?

So a person asks a question, and instead of answering (or just not responding) 2 people post saying to go to another website, and a social media website at that.

Are we not allowed to ask questions?

Oh, by the way, not everyone wants to participate and use social media websites.

It's Chicago, what would you expect from most of the workers at 14TH ST., they never take the time to thoroughly check a train set!

A single broken tolliet on a train with multiple toliets causes a huge delay?  Just close it off and get going!

What you call a social media website, is how Amtrak wants to inform folks.

Now in general I hate social sites, but when Industry is using it, like Amtrak,  where else can one go??

And if it was on the car you're riding in you would be here complaining about it loudly.
