Passenger Trains > Metrolink Perris Valley Line, Trains cancelled Monday night.

Account the California Highway Patrol shootout in Riverside/Moreno Valley,   Perris Valley Trains were terminated at Hunter Park and Downtown Riverside. Buses transported south.

Shooting took place at the I-215 and Eucalyptus Ave overpass.  Tracks are on the west side of the I210, here.  This would be just south of the old Box Springs siding.

Since unknown shooters, the safety of the officers and citizens had to be considered.  In fact some smart phone pictures were seen taken just under the on ramp to the I215.

The intersection of I215 and Eucalyptus is expected to be closed until miday Tuesday.  Normal commuter traffic could be worse then ever.

Does anyone have a passenger count for this live vs operating costs?

One California Highway Patrol officer killed and two others shot. Suspect killed he was a convicted felon with a rifle.

Felon with an Assault Rifle.  One of the officers wounded is in critical condition.
