Not being an eastcoast guy, what's the history of the elevated line in the background?  Is that still active?

Line in background is former PRR freight line bypassing 30th Street station.  Still very active.

Known locally as the High Line
I think in the days of the PRR it was called the West Philadelphia Elevated Branch

If I recall correctly, one or two of Amtrak's Autumn Express excursions went over this line.
