Date: 08/18/19 04:46 Re: County prepares to seize Mt. Hood Railroad property Author: co614 I'll gladly speak up for Ed Ellis who I consider a friend. He took a lot of cutting edge risks to try to expand the menu available in the lower 48 for those who love travel by train. Several turned out to be costly experiments and that coupled to the FRA loan issue put his enterprise into the serious hurt locker.
To his credit, rather than take the easy way out via a bankruptcy filing he has been trying to get all his creditors paid off best he can. I'd suggest that all reserve judging him too harshly until you take the kind of risks he has. IMHO-Ross Rowland Date: 08/18/19 10:19 Re: County prepares to seize Mt. Bernie Madoff probably talked up high risk, high reward and that didn't end too well. |
