I've never had any issues at North Philadelphia Station, one of my favorite photo locations in Philly.  That said, I don't do night photography.
I also do a lot of railfanning in Camden.

When I worked for Amtrak at .30th st I was also responsible for North Philly. I usually went there only to do a report after one of the monthly robberies

Good shots there!!! That looks like a new Baggage-Dorm just second to last on the SM. Amtrak running them daily now?
