NJ Transit usually pulls out all the stops to provide service. With race day just over a month away and NJT being in very dismal shape right now, it doesn't sound promising and I didn't see anything mentioned in the link about NJT providing extra service, although it is too early to tell.

The issues with engineer shortages continue to get less and less. Not sure why people think THIS year Transit will have a problem providing crews.

These folks really have the operation nailed down. It is probably an awful job to work, but a great opportunity to see unusual equipment on the branch with good lighting during the day. Of course, when trains are operating on weekends on the Gladstone Branch, it is all Arrow III sets.
