In the 30’s, one traveling to Dallas on the Cotton Belt coming from the east had to travel west past Dallas to Fort Worth,
then back east towards Plano, take the wye at Addison, then south into Dallas.

This is not a bad idea. It would not only enable a one seat ride from one northern suburb to another in the Metroplex, but it would enable a ride from one end of the route to another without having to change. Let's hope that the two transit agencies cooperate with each other.
