Author: bmarti7 An early blizzard caused the BNSF to implement directional running between Fargo and Minot with all westbound traffic going via Grand Forks and al eastbound via KO Sub. Bustitution for No 8 passengers destined for Rugby, Devil's Lake and Grand Forks not possible tonight as US 2 and I-29 are closed.
