I wasn't aware this was "high speed rail" as the article indicates. More fake news?

More precisely, portions of the route are going to be 125mph. Other portions will be 110mph. Neither of those are considered high speed by world standards, but are certainly higher speed, and perhaps even high speed by prevalent US standards until the real high speed lines proposed are built in Texas , California etc. and come on line.
