Metra unit on CSX at Woodland Jct

On Saturday I spotted a Metra F40 "Winnebago" as the third unit in the consist of a CSX train at Woodland Jct (about 80 miles south of Chicago on the ex-C&EI).  It was headed north (tt west).  

I'm curious as to where it was coming from and why it was there.  Can anyone help?

It was reported on a local Facebook group that this is #207 returning from its rebuild in Georgia.

Thanks, and I appreciate the unit number.  I arrived at Woodland just as the train was passing and didn't get a good look at the head end.
