Edison, New Jersey. Date: 01/19/20 11:01 Re: 43 & 91 Author: joemvcnj Looks like the Pennsylvanian's seating capacity has increased by 36 and consist is identical to the Carolinian's. Perhaps those two trains swap at SSY.

Andy Date: 01/19/20 17:57 Re: 43 & 91 Author: MEKoch Since Amtrak has run off the 1000s of people who used to ride the Silver Star #91 (when it was a train with full services), it will be interesting to see if they could really undertake a marketing campaign in Raleigh, Columbia, and such locations to rebuild this train as a REAL long distance train, that is attractive and service minded. Just adding Amtrak's version of diner-lite for sleeping car passengers will do nothing to bring back this route from the doldrums.
Date: 01/20/20 09:30 Re: 43 & 91 Author: chess Unfortunately there has NOT been passengers run off due to no dining car. The numbers don't reflect that. On Trainorders they certainly do though, but you know...
