ACS64 #'s 601 and 627

What is the latest on these two units?  Both were wrecked some time ago and haven't heard whether being fixed and returned to service or not repairable. Anyone know anything?

The unit that hit the backhoe which I think was 627 is done. Bent frame I believe. 601 was at Frankfurt Junction, still in litigation I think, but repairable.

Takes about 3 to 5 years for all of the litigation to be completed before the repairs can begin.
