Never hurts to ask, as Covid dough is being handed out like candy. Even my old office, a very small agency operating a few Federal programs, is getting $360,000+ for "Covid mitigation".

And Cuomo wants the U.S. to build the Hudson River  tunnel, the 2nd Avenue subway, LaGuardia airport rebuild, etc.  He might as well ask.
