What Happened to 29 Capitol ?

Over three hours late at Connellsville and no times noted currently for arrival at stations beyond. Some sort of service disruption is noted.
anybody know what happened ? TIA

Amtrak Alerts show an engien change east of Pittsburgh.

Added CSX unit somewhere east of Pittsburgh on B&O/CSX. Added NS unit at Pittsburgh for cab signals. Left
Pittsburgh with 3 units from 3 different roads and 4 cars. Went by New Galilee railcam MP 40 (40 miles west of Pittsburgh station) app 5:22 am.
