IDK what all the crazy ass concern is about.  This country has made it thru things like this before, and it will again.  Travel will come back to where it was, and probably then some.   How fast, depends on whether a vaccine comes along, and if the american ppl are too stupid to simply wear masks for a little while.  IDK wtf the problem is with wearing masks.  Im kinda used to it cause it keeps a lot of dust and crap in the air out of my lungs, not to mention viruses (yes I have N95 masks)  And when I see how incredibly filthy the vinyl disposable goves I wear are, after a day, I dont mind wearing them either.   Im just sayin

But look at all we have been immune to all these years without masks and not using hand sanitizer eveytime we touch anything. I suppose we have to take our mask off when we eat on the train.

i think even with a covid-19 vaccine, there will then need to be a huge economic RECOVERY along with a huge INCREASE in employment before anything resembles prior train travel ridership levels.

unfortunately, that involves politics........
