Passenger Trains > #7/#27 running four hours late.

Just saw #27 pass through Cheney, WA at 6:54am with #151 and the typical four cars. Great light for photography this morning!

Yeah, that's the same consist that spent 2.5 hours sitting in Milwaukee after #8 struck a child (https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?4,5050956).  Bled another hour crossing WI, MN, and ND, then dropped another 1.5 hours between Malta and Havre, MT.  Amtrak alerts from around that time says "earlier speed restrictions, freight interference, and mechanical issues".  Seems likely that the sudden hour and a half dropped was the mech issues.  Being "only" 4 hours down means they've made up an hour since Havre.

That's not bad,did 11 hold for 27 at Portland?
