Passenger Trains > Lake Shore Limited Consist QuestionDate: 06/28/20 03:14 Lake Shore Limited Consist Question Author: NYC4096 Lake Shore Limited Consist Question
May I ask for feedback on the following: On the eastbound Lake Shore Limited ex-Chicago are the 448 sleepers at the rear of the train? Any feedback on evening meal service on the 2130 departure ex-Chicago? Have the LSL lounge cars been updated similar to the coach equipment refurbishing? Thank you for any comments. Date: 06/28/20 03:43 Re: Lake Shore Limited Consist Question Author: mbutte Boston sleeper is the first car of the train, immediately behind the second locomotive.
The cafe car (behind the Boston sleeper) is open for purchases leaving Chicago. The sleeper lounge (diner) is open for beverage service only to sleeping car passengers only. The cafe car is an Amfleet One half table / half Business Class car. The Business Class seats have new seat cushions generally. Bring ear plugs.
