I just passed the derailment site approx. 6 miles East near Hart's (rancher) private crossing. There are two portions of train and an equal sized separation between the two. No jack-knifed cars. There may be cars laying down south of the track, but I couldn't see.

Amtrak is parked at La Posada.

No.3 is pressing on toward Albuquerque at this time.
Could a Bus Bridge be assembled and have both Trains return to their respective terminals?

Bus bridge could be done between ABQ and WLO, depending on how long derailment cleanup would allow a track to be opened. If bus bridge established, #4 would turn as #3 at WLO; #3 would turn as #4 at ABQ. A factor in turning train at WLO: How are the locomotives positioned? If locomotives are back to back, easy move to run around train; if they are elephant style (usually the case), would have to request freight locomotive(s) to pull train west. Not sure of turntable availability at WLO. Crew issues will have to be resolved as well. Lots to figure out if bus bridge trigger pulled.

3 has left ABQ so if there is a bus bridge it would have to occur between Gallup and Winslow.

The train sat at or in the vicinity of Winslow for about twelve hours, now on the move east of Winslow at 10-15mph.  Derailment site is ten miles east.

I've never been concerned that there is 'lots to figure out to make whatever happen' in these instances. The railroads all have plans laid out ahead of time. Turn to that page, call those numbers for equipment, crossing private property, gates, buses, food, fuel. This ain't their first day.
