O.T. out of Lorton, 8 hours late at Sanford; any news why?

Stuck behind a broken down CSX freight in SC. I'm on 97(10)that got delayed by the DC flooding. Now I know if we had not had that delay we would have been stuck behind 53. When we passed Sanford about 5:30 cars were being unloaded.
