Author: RRBMail Do any TOs know anything of David Marshall, the former Amtrak Western District Supervisor and former St. Louis Ramp Supervisor--of the 1980s/90s? What I observed as a passenger, was that he understood his job well, engaging with passengers, and tried to be easy going with employees. Some train chiefs let the position go to their heads, and were a source of friction with on board crews. Just my 2 cents worth.  Date: 10/16/20 15:27 Re: Calling David Marshall--Oakland / St. Louis?
