Delays to #7/16th and #8/15.

ALL:

7/16th arrived Minot early and departed Minot about 1 plus hours late. I assume it was for a rested crew off the delayed 8.

8/15th was out of Spokane about 1 hour late and went into to the toilet on its eastbound trip. Any reasons for the delay.

28 left Portland late with mechanical issues. 8 had to hold at Spokane for the sections to join.
