NS OCS headed to Atlanta

Hello - a friend saw the NS Office Car Train headed south towards Atlanta in the suburbs along the former Southern mainline.  Any idea where/why it's headed?

On the Eastern Board is a pic of OCS headed to Altoona from Atlanta.

Look again at Eastern Board post: OCS headed BACK to Altoona after being in Atlanta for a month.  I suspect Ms. Sanborn was being given orientation tours of the various regions and divisions.
