Passenger Trains > Empire Builders in both directions delayed by BNSF wreckDate: 10/23/20 16:53 Empire Builders in both directions delayed by BNSF wreck Author: GenePoon On a day when triweekly Empire Builders running in both directions could get caught up in the mess, BNSF derailed near Malta.
7(22) with the AMTK 40 and 164 was to hold at Williston; apparently did hold at Minot instead. 8(22) with the AMTK 157 and 196 held at Havre. Both trains now on the move again, 7(22) delayed 3 1/2 hours, 8(22) delayed 2 1/2 hours. I can see no mention of the BNSF derailment on the Western Board. Edited 1 time(s).
