Passenger Trains > Friendly Amtrak CrewsDate: 11/16/20 14:29 Friendly Amtrak Crews Author: sethamtrak Since today is tri-weekly Monday, I decided to head on out to see the Builders. Number 7 departing Glenview with a friendly wave from both the Engineer and Fireman. About 1/2 an hour later in Morton Grove, the Eastbound Builder cruises through with a deadhead coach-baggage. No wave. All connections will be made today! 10 minutes after #8, Hiawatha 337 whips through Morton Grove with freidnly waves from both Engineers.

Probably like this toilet on Amtrak F59 #467 on train #500 when I came on duty at the Eugene, Oregon tie-up/ready track. The engine had just been inspected, serviced, and signed off by Amtrak's local Drummac contractor employee Joe. |
