Now that the rule has been formally issued, the AAR can litigate the rule itself. I do not expect the AAR to simply roll over, as the Amtrak press release suggests.

Thanks. No need to repair them, or use them on single unit trains. I wonder if BNSF will renew its requirement for winter trains on the High Line to have threelocomotives?
