Passenger Trains > Altamont Corridor Express 3222 fresh paint

Hey everybody,

Saw this for the first time today on ACE 4 at Clark/Clarke Drive in Fremont (FO31).
 Is this a new car, new paint on old car, or the wreck rebuild of former cab car 3309?

Looks like Athearn Undecorated. 

I see they took the CSX lesson on how to go from a good looking paint scheme to crap. 

It seems to match the Charger paint scheme on the top and bottom, so maybe they will add the same stripes as on the locomotive as a decal at a later date.  Not sure why the stripes would be decals instead of paint, but maybe they want the option of wrapping the cars with advertising in the large grey areas in the future.

I'm getting the impression that the paint job is not complete yet.
There's no reflective striping or even an ACE logo.

According to some posts I have seen and the ACE entry at Wikipedia, 3222 is 3309 rebuilt into coach car after the mudslide wreck.

The 3222 is the wrecked 3309. Brand new interior and all.
