When will the various midwest State DOTs get a Zoom call going with Gardner, demanding some explanations. 
10 degrees and snow in Chicago is not a 100 year event.

If you monitor the traffic in and around the Chicago area for the past week,it's been a disaster. O'Hare has cancelled over 500 flights this week.

This severe weather is not only impacting Amtrak...

Back the day, with steam heat, they had problems with frozen steam lines but with most trains using multiple units, total propulsion failure (or total steam failure) probably didn’t happen much.
