Passenger Trains > Iowa Hawkeye football train no moreDate: 04/07/21 14:33 Iowa Hawkeye football train no more Author: JasonCNW For the last several years both the Iowa Northern and Iowa Interstate railroads worked together along with the University of Iowa to run a short passenger train between coralville and Kinnick Stadium to transport football fans to the game. This year due to covid restrictions and other cost they are no longer going to be doing this, truly sad.
