Passenger Trains > Blue Water

So here is the tweet from Amtrak Alerts:

Blue Water Train 365 is currently experiencing a delay outside of East Lansing (LNS) due to debris on the track causing a mechanical issue. We will update as more information becomes available.

I wonder if the damage is to the Blue Water or to a freight in front of it and how badly things are torn up.

Hmmm— vandals intentionally placing debris on tracks like what just happened to #5 coming into OMA?
