Passenger Trains > Coaster and Surfliner suspended south of Solana Beach this weeken

Rail Service Suspended During AWW on April 24-25Night and Weekend Rail Work PlannedThis weekend, all COASTER and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner services along the San Diego segment of the Los Angeles-San Diego-San Luis Obispo (LOSSAN) coastal rail corridor will be suspended due to a planned Absolute Work Window (AWW). No passenger or freight trains will operate between Solana Beach and Downtown San Diego beginning early Saturday morning through early Monday morning.

An additional weekend rail closure between Solana Beach and Downtown San Diego is scheduled for Saturday, May 1, to Monday, May 3. These additional rail closures are necessary for emergency repairs to the Del Mar Bluffs.
