Seems to me to be more like 80 mph.

My crude calculation of approximating the train length as it passes the camera and timing it comes out to 68mph. I overestimated on the train length (7cars @85ft each +1 loco at 60ish feet). So the 75 to 80mph is probably accurate. It looks slow to me just watching the video.

Nice video. The way you composed it (low, and wide angle) has the train seemingly a bit faster than it actually is.

Just my opinion, but slower than 110 mph.

Engine= 67ft, Cars=85x7=595ft (round up to 600)
Approx total length= 667ft
Time= 5sec passing the cat pole (head end to rear end)
90mph= 132ft/sec
132x5sec=660ft
Estimated Speed very close to 90mph

Note: 110mph=161ft/sec x 5 sec = 805ft

No---not 110 mph.  Even on full screen, it looks like a lesser speed.

TLM  working on track 3 south of Stanton has a 60 mph slow by the work zone.
