Passenger Trains > Trenton station platform question

In NJ Transit's press release concerning rehab of Trenton Transit Center it has the folowibng reference to a low level platform:
The existing low-level platform will be upgraded to a high-level platform with a larger waiting shelter and a new elevator from the concourse above. In the past, NJ TRANSIT had upgraded the main station entrances and pedestrian overpass at the Trenton Transit Center. 
I haven't been thru Trenton in several years and remember the high level platforms serving TKs 0 and 1 and TKs 4 and 5.  Where is the low level and what track does it serve?
Bonus question - why was the location's name changed to Trenton Transit Center?

Trenton Transit Center as it was made a hub for bus routes as well as train stop.   IDK if the RiverLine LRT stops up at street level or not.

The light rail station is across from the S Clinton street level entrance to the train station.

In PRR days the low platform was south
of the eastward high platform -- don't
recall whether one or more likely two
tracks between the high and low platforms.

The track farthest to the right is the seldom used one with the lower level platform
River Line LRT terminal is at the extreme left. There are no direct track connections between the River Line and NEC anymore. 

Many (most?) NEC stations in NJ have a low level platform to enable boarding trains on the inner tracks. There's usually a locked gate at the stairs down to the platform and the board walk out to the inner tracks. A few stations like New Brunswick have long abandoned low level platforms for long ago train lengths

Regular maintenance will occasionally require weekend  etc use of the inner tracks for local trains.  When long term work is contemplated on tracks 1 and 4, high level extenders are brought out and span these tracks.  Also A/B where appropriate.

Trenton had 3 platfroms and 6 station tracks, it was designed for 4 platforms and eight tracks, but I don't know or remember if the last 2 were ever installed.  Curently there are 3 platforms, two high and one low, and 5 station tracks..  The tracks are numbered/named from north to south: 5, 4, 1, South High, North Low, and South Low.  The South Low track was removed about 30 years ago in the late 80s.  The "Low" tracks were against the low platform and used primarily by the Bordentown branch trains and the Nellie Bly, and became mostly unused when those trains came off in the'60s. NJT occasionally still originates trains from the low platform, and there are plans to upgrade the North Low track and put in a high platfrom.  I guess at that time the name will change to the North High.track.
