Passenger Trains > NEC Extras?

NEC Extras?

Ok so every year Amtrak borrows equipment from some other rail lines. Does anyone have any idea of the trains which will be borrowing equipment and when they will be running?

As a rule, none of the regular trains will have leased equipment.
Trains in the 1000 and 3000 series may be Amfleet or MARC, SEPTA, NJT, MBTA equipment.

Please refer to the special Thanksgiving Holiday Timetable.

In the 2nd page, it says, 3000 trains are commute cars.

Note in the schedules under On Board Services.
You will find that 1000 trains have food service, while the 3000 trains do not.
